摘要
临床药师在提供药学服务过程中与患者的沟通不但影响治疗效果,还与患者对临床药师的认可、信赖,临床药师职业倦怠等问题密切相关。目前PAC理论为有效解决各领域的人际沟通问题提供了很好的思路,因此本研究基于PAC理论对临床药师在药学服务过程中如何运用PAC理论与患者沟通进行了初步探索,以期为临床药师与患者的沟通提供参考。
The communication between clinical pharmacists and patients in the process of providing pharmaceutical service not only affects the treatment effect,but it also closely related to the recognition and trust between clinical pharmacists and patients,and the job burnout of clinical pharmacists.At present,PAC theory provides a good idea for effectively solving interpersonal communication problems in various fields.Therefore,based on the PAC theory,this study primary explored what clinical pharmacists should do when using PAC theory to communicate with patients in the process of pharmaceutical service.In order to provide reference for the communication between clinical pharmacists and patients.
