摘要
随着经济社会的日益发展,房建项目工程量越来越大,施工技术急需优化、管理精细化水平更需要提升。文章基于工程量清单计价这个模式,介绍了施工合同控制现状,详细阐述了施工合同管理于投标、签订、落实、索赔过程存在的不足及相关处理措施。
With the economic and social development,the project volume of the housing construction project is getting bigger and bigger.The construction technology needs to be optimized urgently,and the level of refined management needs to be improved.Based on the model of bill of quantities calculation,the article introduces the current status of construction contract control,and elaborates on the inadequacies of the construction contract management in the tendering,signing,implementation,and claims processes and related measures.
