动静碰磨下汽轮机启机方案的选择 被引量:1

摘要 汽轮发电机组在机组停运后重新启动阶段,由于各种原因汽轮机通流部分动静部件的间隙会发生变化,一旦动静间隙消失则会发生动静碰磨现象。在动静碰磨发生阶段,时间较短,趋势发展较快,如何选择汽机的运行方式尤为重要。秦山320MWe汽轮发电机组在历时两年的两次启机均发生了动静碰磨导致停机的前提下,通过优化汽轮机运行规程,顺利启动和并网。在此基础上,在之后的机组冷态启动中,结合机组的运行参数,优化了启动方案,使得机组在不开缸调整动静间隙的前提下,实现了机组的顺利启动和并网。 When the Turbine restarted after outage,The clearance between the dynamic and static parts of the steam turbine changed due to various reasons.The contact rubbing will occur between the dynamic and static parts once the clearance disappeared.The stage of static and dynamic rubbing is for only a short time,and is a fast developing stage.How to choose the operation mode of the turbine is particularly important.Qinshan 320 MWe turbo-generator rubbed twice in two years,then Optimized operation regulation of steam turbine,restared and paralleied succeed.Based on that,during turbo-generator cold starting,refer to the parameters,Optimized startup scheme of steam turbine,without opened cylinder to adjust the space of movement and stator,restared and paralleied succeed.
