摘要
分别在普通四辊轧机上和内加热辊四辊轧机上进行了镁合金板材的叠轧实验,结果表明:普通四辊轧机上叠轧镁合金板材主要产生的缺陷是板型不良、表面裂纹、边裂及凹陷或压坑。而采用内加热轧辊可以对叠轧实验改进,有效地减小叠轧板材的温降,基本上消除叠轧板材表面的氧化现象,板型也更好。
In this paper, the experiment of pack rolling on magnesium alloy sheet is tested on the regular four-roller mill and the Internal heating roller four-roller mill, the results show that the main defects of the rolling magnesium alloy sheet on the regular four-roller mill are plate type, surface crack, edge crack and depression or pit. And the experiment can be improved by internal heating roll, the temperature drop of pack rolling plate is reduced effectively,and the phenomenon of oxide on the surface of the pack rolling plate is eliminated basically. The plate type is also better.
