烧结烟气中SO_2浓度分布影响因素的模拟研究

摘要 通过研究烧结过程中发生的传质传热反应,对烧结过程进行了合理的假设,建立了主要反应动力学模型。应用Fluent流体计算软件,将动力学模型与Fluent计算软件通过UDF系统结合,建立了烧结反应模型。在不同气氛的条件下进行了烧结模拟实验,即,对二氧化硫的排放规律进行了研究,得到了入口空气中H_2O与O_2的含量与烟气中SO_2含量分布之间的关系。 In this paper, through the study of the mass transfer heat transfer reaction occurred during the sintering process, the reasonable assumption was made and the main reaction kinetic model was established. Using fluent fluid calculation software, the kinetic model and fluent calculation software are combined by UDF system to establish the sintering reaction model. The sintering simulation experiments under different atmosphere conditions were carried out to study the emission law of sulfur dioxide. The relationship between the contents of H2O and O2 in the inlet air and SO2 distribution in flue gas was obtained.
