顶吹搅拌对不锈钢渣中铬回收的影响

摘要 在不锈钢钢包中开展顶吹氮气搅拌工艺试验,研究了顶吹搅拌的流量、时间以及钢液初始温度三个参数对炉渣中铬元素还原程度的影响,结果表明:顶吹搅拌可大幅提高炉渣中铬元素的还原程度,经10 min顶吹搅拌可降低至0.97%,已接近实验室条件下的w(Cr_2O_3)为0.7%。生产实践中在顶吹氮气搅拌时间为10 min,流量为300 L/min,钢液初始温度为1 475℃的条件下,炉渣中w(Cr_2O_3)平均值为0.87%,满足生产中对铬回收的要求。 The top blowing experiment is carried out in the stainless steel ladle. Parameter settings of blowing flow rate,duration and initial temperature on the effect of reducibility chromic oxide in the slag are studied. The result show that top blowing can substantially increase the reducibility of chromic oxide in the slag and the chromic oxide content is decreased to 0.97% after 10 min, which is approaching to chromic oxide contnet 0.7% under laboratory conditions. In actual production, the chromic oxide content is decreased to 0.87% when the blowing duration is 10 min, stirring rate is 300 L/min and initial temperature is 1 475 ℃, meeting the requirement of chromium recovery in production.
