摘要
600 MPa级微合金钢已广泛用于汽车底盘大梁,通过对制管用600 MPa微合金钢的工业试制,对产品热带及制管后的显微组织和力学性能与Q345产品进行对比分析,实验结果表明600 MPa微合金钢制管后的整体性能优于Q345矩形管。
600 MPa grade micro-alloying steel has been widely used in automobile chassis beam. Through the industrial trial of 600 MPa grade micro-alloying steel tubes, the microstructure properties and thickness product specifications of hot rolled steel strip and steel pipe and Q345 product were compared and analyzed. The experimental results show that the overall performance of 600 MPa grade micro-alloying steel is better than Q345 rectangular pipe.
