提高粗煤气电收尘器性能的探讨

摘要 介绍了影响电收尘器收尘效率的因素以及影响粉尘比电阻的因素,针对粉尘的高比电阻影响粉尘的导电性能这一问题,通过采取合理措施来降低粉尘的比电阻值,尤其是改变脉冲频率对降低粉尘比电阻和提高电收尘器性能效果更明显。目前改变脉冲频率来降低粉尘比电阻已在高炉煤气除尘系统中有所应用,并取得了良好效果。 This paper introduces the factors influencing the ESP efficiency and specific electric resistance. As to the effect of high resistance on dust conductivity,by taking reasonable measures,the specific electric resistance of dust is reduced. Especially the effect of pulse frequency change on reducing specific electric resistance and improving the performance of electric precipitator is more obvious. At present,the method of changing the pulse frequency to reduce the specific electric resistance of dust has been applied in blast furnace dust-removal system and has achieved good results.
