莆田市辖区城市建设用地扩张及其驱动力分析

根据莆田市辖区城市建设用地数据,综合选取8个驱动因子,采用相关分析法得出城市建设用地扩张的显著驱动因子,运用回归分析建立城市建设用地与主要驱动因子的回归方程,得出以下结论:(1)莆田市辖区城市建设用地与非农业人口呈显著正相关,与农业人口呈显著负相关。(2)莆田市辖区城市建设用地扩张与实际利用外资呈正相关关系,与农业人口、第三产业生产总值和地区生产总值呈负相关关系。

According to urban construction land data of Putian municipal district, eight driving factors were selected. It obtained the significant driving factors of urban construction land expansion by correlation analysis method, using regression analysis to establish the city construction by using the regression equation with the main driving factor. Conclusions were drawn as follows. First, the urban construction land had a significant positive correlation with non-agricultural population, and negatively correlated with agricultural population in Putian municipal district. Second, the expansion of urban construction land was positively related to the actual utilization of foreign capital, and negatively related to the agricultural population, the third industry GDP and the gross domestic product in Putian municipal district.
