作为一种重要的化工原料,氯酸钾应用广泛、消耗量大、事故率高,由于影响大、后果严重、应急处置困难而备受关注。本文就其理化特性、事故中存在的特征和应急处置中有关问题开展讨论,以启发思考与借鉴。
