浅谈质量管理在试验保障部门的应用与实践

本文围绕某科研试验动力资源保障的特点和规律,通过对质量管理体系的建设、运行,提出"人员正规化管理约束+质量管理体系保证"的人员和设备管理模式,探索出科研动力保障质量体系建设和优化方法,可供正在建立质量体系或准备进行体系变更的组织参考。

Centering on the characteristics and laws of scientific power resources indemnification department,this paper explains the construction and operation of quality management system（QMS）and puts forward personnel and equipment management model named personal regularization management constraint and QMS assurance.Also construction and optimization of scientific power resources indemnification department is analyzed,offering reference for the unit conducting construction of system and the unit preparing the system change.
