摘要
教师专业成长以其自身的觉悟为前提。教师觉悟是一种专业觉悟,是对"教育真谛"的领悟,是教师灵性的生动展现。觉悟的教师须走出自身之"迷"与外界之"蔽",表现出光明正大、大智大慧以及不离正道的气象。教师觉悟要在"持定成慧"和"转识成智"上下功夫。
As an important precondition of teachers' professional growth,teachers' consciousness is a kind of professional consciousness,an understanding of "the essence of education"and a vivid display of teachers' spirituality,which makes teachers enlighten that they should get out of their own confusion and prejudice from others,showing fairness,wisdom and righteousness.
