Influencing Factors and Biological Control of Aflatoxin Contamination in Peanuts

摘要 Peanut is an important economic crop and oil crop in China. It is vulnerable to infection by Aspergillus flavus during production,storage,transportation and processing,causing aflatoxin( AFT) contamination. This paper introduced the status and characteristics of AFT contamination in China,analyzed the infection pathways and influencing factors of A. flavus,and discussed the prevention and control technology of AFT contamination in peanuts from the view of the use of beneficial microorganisms.
