摘要
基于Mindlin中厚板理论,利用传递矩阵法设计了圆环板与复合变幅杆组合而成的超声珩齿复合变幅器,推导了这一复合变幅器的弯曲振动频率方程,并对其振动特性进行研究。研究结果表明,超声珩齿复合变幅器频率随变幅杆各段长度的增大而减小,随圆环厚度的增大而增大,随圆环外径的增大而减小。
Based on the Mindlin plate theory, the ultrasonic gear honing amplitude transformer combining ring plate with amplitude transforrner was designed by transfer matrix method. The bending frequency equation of the amplitude transformer was deduced and its vibration performance was studied. The resu.hs show that the frequency of the ultrasoonic gear honing amplitude transformer will decrease with the increase of the segment length of the transformer, increase with the increase of the ring thickness, and decrease with the increase of the OD of the ring.
