摘要
基于计算颗粒流体动力学数值模拟方法,研究了喷动速度、背景流速和颗粒粒径等参数对流化床气固两相流场特性的影响。研究表明,喷动速度对流化床流场特性影响最大;在一定范围内,喷动速度越快,背景流速越慢,越有利于流化床的内循环;颗粒粒径对流化床气固流场的影响则无明显规律。
Based on CPFD numerical simulation, the impact of the parameters such as spouting velocity, background flow rate and particle size on the gas-solid two-phase flow field in a fluidized bed was studied. The research shows that the spouting velocity has the greatest influence on the flow field characteristics of the fluidized bed. Within a certain range, the faster spouting velocity and the slower background flow rate will be favorable to the internal circulation of the fluidized bed. The effect of particle size on the gas-solid flow field in fluidized bed does not show regular pattern.
