介绍了蜂窝类零件更换维修的方案,从壳体材料多次钎焊时效后性能分析、壳体材料金相组织分析及壳体薄弱环节强度计算等方面,验证了蜂窝类零件更换维修的可行性。
The scheme of replacement anti maintenance of honeycomb parts was introduced. The feasibility of replacement and maintenance of honeycomb parts was verified from the aspects of performance analysis of honeycomb parts after multiple brazing and aging, analysis of the metallurgical structure of the housing material and the calculation of the strength of the weakness of the housing.
