摘要
对光栅色散型拉曼光谱仪进行了介绍,对碳纳米管纤维材料多尺度结构进行了分析,并利用宏观拉伸试验、原位微拉曼试验等对碳纳米管纤维进行多尺度试验,研究了微拉曼光谱技术在微尺度实验力学中的应用。
The grating-dispersion-type Raman spectrometer was introduced, the multi-scale structure of the carbon nanotube fiber material was analyzed, the application of micro Raman spectra technology in micro-scale experimental mechanics was studied from the multi-scale tests of carbon nanotube fiber based on macro-tensile test and in-situ micro Raman test.
