无缝隙护理模式在消化内镜诊疗中的应用效果研究

Effect research on application of seamless gap nursing mode in digestive endoscopy

目的:探讨无缝隙护理模式在消化内镜诊疗中的应用效果。方法:选择2015年2月—2017年4月行消化内科内镜诊疗患者160例,分为对照组和观察组,对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予无缝隙护理模式。比较两组患者的护理满意度、护理安全不良事件发生率及焦虑抑郁情况。结果:观察组患者对护理服务的满意度明显高于对照组,护理安全不良事件发生率明显低于对照组,且观察组护理后焦虑抑郁评分明显降低。结论:无缝隙护理模式能有效提高消化内镜的诊疗效果。

Objective： To explore the application of seamless nursing model in patients with digestive endoscopic diagnosis and treatment. Methods： All 160 hospitalized patients with digestive endoscopic in the second affiliated hospital of shanxi medical university（ February 2015 to April 2017） were divided into two groups. 80 patients under conventional nursing chosen as control group,another 80 patients under seamless nursing mode chosen as experimental group. The satisfaction of nursing care,incidence of nursing safety adverse events,and anxiety and depression were compared between the two groups of patients. Results： The nursing satisfaction in the observation group were significantly more higher than those in the control group,the incidence of nursing and safety adverse events was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the anxiety and depression scores of the observation group were significantly reduced after nursing. Conclusion： Seamless nursing mode can improve the effect of digestive endoscopy in diagnosis and treatment
