摘要
目的:综合评价某精神病医院老年心理科全年十二个月的综合护理效益和效率。方法:通过该院出入院管理科的常规报表项目中的原始数据,运用综合指数法对各个月项目指标值的综合计算,得到一个综合指数值,用来综合评价。结果:2016年7月的综合指数为5.958,排序第一,全月综合效果好;2017年6月位居第二,而2016年12月的综合指数为2.355,位居末位,综合效果最差。结论:综合分析法能公正科学地评价管理中的差异,并能量化差异程度,适用范围广,操作简单方便,值得推广使用。
Objective:To evaluate the comprehensive nursing benefit and efficiency of the geriatric psychiatry department in a psychiatric hospital for twelve months. Methods: Through the original data of the routine item in the management section of the Institute of entry and exit administration of the hospital, a comprehensive index value is obtained by using the comprehensive index method to calculate the index value of each month, and is used for comprehensive evaluation. Results: the index in July 2016 was 5.958, ranking first, the comprehensive effect is good; in June 2017 ranked second, while the index in December 2016 was 2.355, ranks last, comprehensive effect is the worst. Conclusion: the method of comprehensive analysis can evaluate the differences in management scientifically and impartially, which quantify the difference degree. It has wide application range, simple and convenient operation and is worth popularizing.
