活菌制剂联合莫沙必利对术后胃肠功能异常的疗效

The Effect of Using Bifid Tiple Viable and Mosapride Citrate Perioperative with Postoperative Gastrointestinal Dysfunction

目的:了解联合应用双歧三联活菌和枸橼酸莫沙必利是否有利于防治骨科术后患者胃肠功能异常。方法:选择骨科手术患者200例,根据围手术期用药不同分为联合用药组(联合应用双歧三联活菌和枸橼酸莫沙必利)、双歧组(仅应用双歧三联活菌)、枸橼酸莫沙必利组(仅应用枸橼酸莫沙必利)和对照组(不应用双歧三联活菌和枸橼酸莫沙必利),各50例,记录4组患者术后首次排气、排便的时间以及出现腹胀、腹痛、恶心的程度,将记录数据进行对比分析。结果:联合用药组首次排气、排便时间与其他三组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合用药组与其他三组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:双歧三联活菌联合枸橼酸莫沙必利应用能够有效预防和改善骨科患者术后胃肠功能异常。

Objective：To understand the effects of using Bifid Tiple Viable and Mosapride Citrate perioperative with postoperative gastrointestinal dysfunction. Methods：Chose appropriate patients and divide them into 4 groups： combination group（patients take Bifid Tiple Viable and Mosapride Citrate orally perioperative）, Bifid Tiple Viable group（patients take Bifid Tiple Viable orally perioperative）, Mosapride Citrate group（patients take Mosapride Citrate orally perioperative）, and control group（patients take neither Bifid Tiple Viable nor Mosapride Citrate perioperative）. Compare the times of the first flatus and excrement and the scores of abdominal distention, bellyache, and nausea of 4 groups. Results：The time of the first flatus and excrement of combination group are significantly different from other groups（P〈0.05）. All the score of combination group are significantly different from other groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Using Bifid Tiple Viable and Mosapride Citrate orally perioperative can prevent and cure postoperative gastrointestinal dysfunction.
