腹腔镜联合胃镜行早期胃癌手术的护理配合研究

Laparoscopy combined with endoscopy in early gastric cancer surgery nursing studies

目的:研究分析腹腔镜联合胃镜行早期胃癌手术的护理配合方法。方法:抽取医院收治的70例胃癌患者作为研究对象,用随机数表法将患者分为观察组和对照组,每组35例,对照组患者应用一般护理方法,观察组患者应用临床手术护理配合方法,观察两组患者的护理效果。结果:观察组患者留置导管时间、胃肠功能恢复时间、住院时间均比对照组短,焦虑评分、抑郁评分均比对照组低(P<0.05)。结论:腹腔镜联合胃镜行早期胃癌手术患者应用临床手术护理配合的效果较好,能缩短患者住院时间,应推荐采纳。

Objective：To study the analysis of laparoscopy combined with endoscopy in early gastric cancer surgery nursing methods. Methods：70 patients with gastric cancer were enrolled in this study. The patients were divided into observation group and control group by random number table. Control group used general care methods, and the observation group used clinical surgical care with the method to observe the two groups of nursing effect.Results：The time of retention time, gastrointestinal function recovery time and hospital stay were shorter in the observation group than in the control group, and the anxiety score and depression score were lower than those in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：application of laparoscopy combined with endoscopy in patients with early gastric cancer surgical has desirable nursing clinical effect, and it can shorten hospital stays, which should be recommended to adopt.
