不同护理模式对脑梗死患者的应用效果研究

Study on the effect of different nursing modes on patients with cerebral infarction

目的:探讨不同护理模式对脑梗死患者的应用效果。方法:随机选取住院进行治疗的脑梗死患者80例,随机分为两组,各40例。常规组的患者采取较为常规的护理方式,而观察组患者则采取人文关怀护理,观察两组患者的护理满意度以及日常生活能力量表(ADL)评分。结果:两组患者经过各自的护理方法护理后,护理满意度以及日常生活能力量表等情况均较好,但是观察组患者的护理满意度明显高于常规组,且日常生活能力量表评分均显著优于常规组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对脑梗死患者采取人文关怀护理临床效果显著,值得进一步推广与使用。

Objective：To study and analyze the effect of different nursing modes on patients with cerebral infarction.Methods：80 patients with cerebral infarction were randomly selected from July 2015-2016 in July. The patients were randomly divided into two groups, 40 cases each. The patients in the conventional group took a more conventional nursing method, while the observation group received humanistic care. The nursing satisfaction and activities of daily living scale（ADL） score of the two groups were observed.Results： two groups of patients after nursing care methods, nursing satisfaction and daily life ability scale are in good condition, but the satisfaction of patients in observation group were significantly higher than the control group, and ADL score were significantly better than the conventional group, with statistical significance（P 0.05）. Conclusion： the clinical effect of humanistic care and nursing care for patients with cerebral infarction is remarkable, and it is worthy of further popularization and use.
