摘要 目的:研究分析ICU患者应用营养支持护理的临床价值。方法:选取某医院接收的81例ICU患者,通过采用计算机产生随机数字,分为干预组和常规组,其中常规组40例患者,采用常规ICU护理。干预组41例患者,在常规护理的基础上,予以营养支持护理,比较两组患者ICU停留时间、胃肠功能障碍发生情况以及营养各指标变化情况。结果:干预组患者营养状态以及免疫功能改善十分显著,且优于常规组;干预组患者胃肠功能障碍发生率以及ICU停留时间,也优于常规组(P<0.05)。结论:对ICU患者的护理过程中,积极应用营养支持,有利于患者改善预后效果,具有极佳的应用价值。 Objective:To study the clinical value of nutritional support nursing in ICU patients. Method: A total of 81 ICU patients received were selected and randomly divided into intervention group and routine group. Forty patients were treated with conventional ICU care. The intervention group was 41 cases were treated on the basis of routine nursing, and the ICU stay time, the occurrence of gastrointestinal dysfunction and the change of nutrition were compared. Result: Statistical data, nutritional status and immune function in the intervention group improved significantly, and better than the conventional group, the intervention group the incidence of gastrointestinal dysfunction and ICU stay time is better than the conventional group(P〈0.05).Conclusion: ICU patients in the care process, the active application of nutritional support, is conducive to patients with improved prognosis, with excellent application value.
