摘要 目的:探讨幽门螺杆菌感染对血清脂质代谢的影响。方法:选取某医院消化内科住院且完善14C-尿素呼气试验检测的患者,分为幽门螺杆菌感染阳性组(186例)与阴性组(120例),比较两组的血脂分析指标。结果:幽门螺杆菌感染阳性组与阴性组的年龄、性别、血清甘油三酯及低密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);阳性组的血清总胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平均显著低于阴性组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),并且阳性组的总胆固醇/高密度脂蛋白胆固醇比值水平明显高于阴性组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:幽门螺杆菌感染可能通过影响脂质代谢进而诱发冠心病发生。 Objective:To investigate the effects of Hp infection on lipid metabolism. Methods:14 C-urea breath test was used to detect Hp infection. 306 patients hospitalized who have applied 14 C-urea breath test were enrolled, they were divided into Hp positive group(n=186) and negative group(n=120). The levels of triglyceride(TG), total cholesterol(TC),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C), high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C) in serum were compared between the two groups.Results: No significant difference on serum TG and LDL-C were observed between the two groups(P〉0.05). Compared with the Hp negative group, the levels of TC and HDL-C were significantly decreased in the positive group(P〈0.05). Moreover, TC/HDL-C was significantly up-regulated in the Hp positive group(P〈0.05).Conclusion: Hp infection affects lipccurrence of coronary heart disease indirid metabolism which may bring about the oectly.
