流式细胞术在医学检验专业实习教学中的应用

Research and Practice of Flow Cytometry in the Practice Teaching of Clinical Laboratory Sciences

流式细胞术是集多种技术为一体的高技术平台,是医学研究和临床医学检验领域不可替代的重要检测技术。本文通过在医学检验专业的实习教学中讲述流式细胞术的实验原理及检测技术、介绍临床开展项目、指导学生进行实验操作以及强调流式细胞术的质量控制,帮助学生掌握流式细胞术这门新理论、新技术,从而提高流式细胞检测技术在医学检验实习教学中的研究和实践。

Flow cytometry（FCM） is a high technology which integrates a variety of techniques. It is an important and irreplaceable detection technique in medical research and clinical laboratory sciences. In this study, we explain the principle of FCM,detection technology and the related clinical experiments,and instruct students to carry out clinical experiments, and at last emphasize on quality control in the clinical laboratory practice teaching. We hope to help students better master the new technology of FCM, and improve the research and practice of FCM in the practice teaching of clinical medical examination.
