临床护理干预对妊娠高血压综合症患者的护理效果

The nursing effect of clinical nursing intervention in pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome patients

目的:探究妊娠高血压综合症患者中实施临床护理的护理方法及效果。方法:选取妊娠高血压综合症患者120例,随机分为观察组和对照组,各60例,对照组患者实施常规护理,观察组患者在常规护理的基础上实施综合强化护理,比较两组患者的分娩方式及并发症发生情况。结果:护理前,两组患者的平均动脉压差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);实施护理后,观察组患者的平均动脉压低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),且观察组患者的并发症发生率及分娩方式都优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对妊娠高血压综合症患者实施比较全面的护理措施,不仅能改善其分娩方式,提高分娩的成功性,且并发症发生率较低,从而保证了母婴的健康和安全。

Objective：To explore the nursing method and effect of clinical nursing in pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome（PIH） patients.Methods：120 cases of PIH patients were selected in our hospital from July 2015 to July 2016, These patients were divided into the observation group and the control group, 60 cases in each group, the control group were given convention nursing,the observation group were given comprehensive intensive nursing based on the control group,compared the delivery mode and complications of the two groups.Results：Before nursing,the mean arterial pressure of the the observation group was（134.21±12.21） mm Hg,the mean arterial pressure of the the control group was（133.56±12.12）mm Hg,There was no significant difference between the two groups（P〉0.05）. After nursing, the mean arterial pressure in the observation group was significantly lower than the control group,The comparison is statistically significant（P〈0.05）, and the complications and delivery mode in the observation group were better than the control group,The comparison is statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：For PIH patients,the comprehensive nursing measures not only improve the delivery mode and success rate of delivery, but also has less complications. So ensure the health and safety of mother and child.
