中医整体护理对妊娠剧吐患者的应用效果分析

Analysis of the effect of holistic nursing care of Chinese medicine on patients with gravidarum gravidarum

目的:研究中医整体护理在妊娠剧吐患者中的应用价值。方法:将111例妊娠剧吐患者按照随机数字法分为两组,其中56例患者实施中医整体护理,另55例患者实施常规护理,比较两组患者的护理效果。结果:护理前两组焦虑、生活质量评分差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后研究组各项评分较对照组改善,且住院时间、再次住院、终止妊娠发生率明显较对照组低,但满意度高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:妊娠剧吐患者采取中医整体护理效果更好,明显改善了不良情绪及生活质量,避免再次住院,安全性高,维持良好医患关系。

Objective：To study the application value of holistic nursing of traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） on the patients with pregnancy induced vomiting. Methods： From January 2015 to October 2017, 111 cases of patients with pregnancy vomiting were randomly divided into two groups, 56 cases were given traditional Chinese medicine holistic nursing, and 55 cases received routine nursing. Results： The quality of life of the two groups before treatment, no difference in anxiety score（P〉0.05）, nursing research group scores than the control group improved, and the hospitalization time, hospital readmission, termination of pregnancy was significantly lower than the control group, but the level of satisfaction was increased, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The effect of holistic nursing in patients with pregnancy vomiting is better. It can improve mood and quality of life, avoid rehospitalization with high safety and maintain good doctor-patient relationship.
