两种护理维护方法在深静脉置管中的应用

A comparative study of two nursing treatments' application in deep venous catheterization

目的:探讨两种护理维护方法在深静脉置管护理中的应用效果。方法:将62例深静脉置管患者,按置管先后次序随机分成对照组30例与观察组32例。对照组患者用碘伏按常规消毒置管周边皮肤,待干后用敷贴覆盖;观察组患者在对照组的基础上,在穿刺点周围皮肤外表涂一层皮肤保护膜待干后再覆盖敷贴。对照两组需更换敷贴间隔时间、患者自觉舒适度及敷贴固定处皮肤红肿的发生情况。结果:两组需更换敷贴间隔时间、患者自觉舒适度及皮肤红肿的发生情况比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:深静脉置管穿刺点周围皮肤外涂皮肤保护膜再覆盖敷贴,能延长敷贴更换时间,降低敷贴固定处皮肤红肿的发生,增加患者舒适度,值得在临床中推广应用。

The purpose of this work is to study the effects of two different nursing treatment on deep venous catheterization. In this study, 62 patients with deep venous catheterization were separated into two groups with 30 patients in control group, and 32 patients in experimental group.In this study, the skin around venous catheterization was disinfected using traditional iodine disinfection method, following with or without a layer of skin protection film in control experiments and our experiments, separately. And then, it was covered by band after it was dry. The time needed to exchange the band, the comfort of patients, and the inflamed degree of the skin of two different nursing methods were collected and compared. All data were collected, and analyze the significance of these two nursing methods. The P values of conscious comfort and the inflammation were less than 0.05, respectively. The results proved that a nursing treatment of puncture point around deep venous catheterization with a layer of skin protection film can extend the band exchange time, reduce the inflamed degree around the puncture point of deep venous catheterization.
