坦索罗辛联合泼尼松龙治疗Ⅲ型前列腺炎的临床分析

Clinical analysis of Tamsulosin combined with Prednisolone in treatment of type Ⅲ prostatitis patients

目的:研究Ⅲ型前列腺炎采用坦索罗辛联合泼尼松龙治疗的疗效。方法:选取132例Ⅲ型前列腺炎患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组66例。对照组患者采用索罗辛治疗,观察组患者采用索罗辛和泼尼松龙联合治疗。通过比较分析治疗前、后慢性前列腺炎症状评分(NIH-CPSI),对比两组患者治疗效果;结合酶联免疫吸附剂测定(ELISA)检测患者治疗前后前列腺液中γ-干扰素(IFN-γ)、共刺激分子(B7-H3)、白细胞介素(IL-10)含量。结果:两组患者较治疗前相比症状和生活质量均有明显改善(P<0.05),且治疗后观察组患者疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者IFN-γ、B7-H3、IL-10含量均有明显降低(P<0.05),观察组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在Ⅲ型前列腺炎治疗中,坦索罗辛联合泼尼松龙治疗使患者临床症状得到缓解,同时IFN-γ、B7-H3、IL-10含量降低,起到明显的抗炎作用,患者生活质量得到提升。

Objective To study effects of Tamsulosin combined with Prednisolone in treatment of patients with type III prostatitis. Methods： A total of 132 patients with type III prostatitis were selected and randomly divided into observation group and controlgroup. 66 patients in the control group were treated with Tamsulosin alone, while the observation group was treated with Tamsulosinand Prednisolone. Through the comparative analysis of the chronic prostatitis symptom （NIH-CPSI） scores before and after the treatment, the clinical effects were compared between two groups. The levels of interferon-γ （IFN-γ）, costimulatory molecule （B7-H3）and interleukin-10 （ IL-10） in the prostatic fluid were detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay （ELISA）. Results： Compared with those before the treatment, the symptoms and quality of life of the two groups after the treatment were significantly improved（P〈0. 05）. The effects of the observation group were better than those of the control group （P〈0. 05）. Further, after the treatment,the levels of IFN-γ, B7-H3 and IL-10 of the two groups were significantly reduced （P〈0. 05）, and those of the observation groupwere better than those of the control group （P〈0. 05）. Conclusions： For the patients with type III prostatitis, Tamsulosin combinedwith Prednisolone can alleviate the clinical symptoms, reduce the levels of IFN-γ, B7-H3 and IL-10 （ obvious anti-inflammatoryeffects） and improve the quality of life of these patients.
