摘要
目的:探讨高脂血症对血液生化检验项目的影响及对策。方法:分析58例高脂血症患者的临床资料,采用随机数字表法将其分为观察A组(血液样本进行直接检测)和观察B组(血液样本经微量低温高速离心后检测)各29例。选取同期健康体检者58例作为对照组。采用全自动生化分析仪检测并比较三组总蛋白(TP)、肌酐(Cr)、谷氨酰转肽酶(GGT)、总胆红素(TBIL)、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)和门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)水平。结果:观察A组TP水平明显高于对照组,Cr、TBIL、ALT、AST和GGT水平均明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察B组的TP、Cr、TBIL、ALT、AST和GGT水平与对照组比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:高脂血症可影响血液生化检验的准确性,血液样本经微量低温高速离心后可有效消除这一影响。
Objective: To investigate effects of hyperlipidemia on blood biochemical test items and countermeasures. Methods: The clinical data of 58 patients with hyperlipidemia were analyzed. They were divided into observation group A (29 cases, theblood samples were detected directly) and observation group B (29 cases, the trace blood samples were detected after low temperatureand high speed centrifugation). Another 58 cases for health examination in the same period were selected as the control group. All theblood samples were analyzed by an automatic biochemistry analyzer. The levels of the total protein (TP), creatinine (Cr), glutamyltranspeptidase (GCT), total bilirubin (TBIL), alanine aminotransferase (ALT) and aspartate aminotransferase (AST) in the threegroups were measured and compared. Results: The TP level of the observation group A was significantly higher than that of the controlgroup, but the levels of Cr, TBIL, ALT, AST and GGT were significantly lower than those of the control group, and the differenceswere statistically significant (P〈0. 05). TP, Cr, There were no statistical differences in the levels of TBIL, ALT, AST and GGT between the observation groupB and the control group (P〉0. 05). Conclusions: Hyperlipidemia can affect the accuracy of the blood biochemical test. The trace sample and low temperature and high speed centrifugation can eliminate the interference effectively.
