中国公共图书馆需要建设全域服务体系以推动公共图书馆服务的高质量发展。全域服务是对单域和多域服务的突破和超越,其体现出线性时间与立体空间的延伸、穿越、塑造、融合、选择、感知,为公共图书馆的服务带来了时间与空间的丰富逻辑。全域服务在中国公共图书馆已有了多年成效卓著的实践探索,创造了城乡一体总分型、主题活动推进型、社会协同共建型、物流配送便捷型的新模式。未来,中国公共图书馆应首先在持续深化的法制建设下不断提升全域服务建设水平;其次,根据全域服务这一全新的发展理念和服务模式深化公共图书馆改革;再者,将大数据与人工智能的快速发展与全域服务建设有机结合;此外,发挥公共图书馆的全域服务在文化精准扶贫中的重要作用。

The public library of China should construct whole domain service system to promote high quality development of public library service. Whole domain service goes beyond single domain service and cross-domain service. It reflects the extension, cross,mould, integration, selection and percepetion, and brings rich time and space logic for public library service. Whole domain service of the public library in China has many years remarkable practice exploration, and has created a new mode of city-countryside integration general branch type, theme events promoting type, social co-construction type, and conviniently distribution type. The public library should step up whole domain service level in context of sustaibale legal construction in the future, and combine fast developing of big data and artificial intelligence with whole domain service construction. Besides, whole domain service should play its key role in cultural targeted poverty alleviation.
