Exploring the construction of a free trade port with high standards

全国政协常委、民建中央副主席、上海市政协副主席周汉民是法律与贸易研究专家,同时也是参与政策实施的地方政府领导,他曾任上海市浦东新区人民政府副区长,分管社会发展局、陆家嘴金融贸易区、外高桥保税区,也曾任上海世博会事务协调局副局长。他在接受《国际融资》杂志记者采访时表示,探索建设自由贸易港是上海的历史使命;他呼吁加快《期货法》立法工作,弥补中国金融法规体系中期货领域的短板;呼吁提高政府对消费需求的掌控能力,加速推进消费增长,实现向消费主导型经济增长模式的转变;呼吁推进中国个人信息隐身份制度立法;

Zhou hanmin,member of the CPPCC national committee,vice-chairman of China Democratic National Construction Association and vice chairman of Shanghai People's Political Consultative Conference,is an expert in legal and trade studies.He served as deputy director of the people's Government of Pudong New Area in Shanghai in charge of the social development bureau,Lujiazui Finance and Trade Zone,and Waigaoqiao Free Trade Zone.And he also served as deputy director of Shanghai Coordination Bureau of World Expo.He said that it was the historical mission of Shanghai to explore the construction of a free trade port when the reporter of International Financing Magazine interviewed him.He appealed to speed up the legislation of Futures Law and make up for the short board of futures in China's financial regulation system.He appealed to improve the government's ability to control consumption demand,accelerate consumption growth and shift toward consumerbased.He appealed to promote the legislation of personal information hidden identity system in China and he also called for prudent supervision for the purpose of promoting circulation.
