摘要
中国医学科学院北京协和医学院肿瘤医院临床科室绩效考核开展10年,不断动态调整指标体系,适应国家医疗改革方向。医院充分利用考核结果,有效激励临床科室,形成维护医院公益性、体现国家队水平、患者就医获得感提升的良好局面。以绩效考核为基石,有效的绩效沟通、绩效支持、薪酬管理甚至人事调整以形成绩效管理环路,提升医院和科室管理能力,促进学科建设良性发展,为医疗行业同行提供了参考与借鉴。
It has been ten years since Cancer Hospital of Chinese Academy of Medical Science carried out the performance evaluation in clinical departments. To adapt the ongoing reform of healthcare system in China, performance assessment index system has been changing vividly. By full use the results of assessment, upon today, the hospital have successfully achieved the goals of serving the general public as a public hospital, building a top level state-of-art hospital in China, and promoting a great patient experience. Taking advantage of performance evaluation as the cornerstone, as well as promoting an effective performance communication, performance support, compensation management and personnel adjustments, we have established to an impressive performance management strategy. Such strategy not only helps us to define better management skills in various departments and the whole hospital in general, but also has promoted the healthy development of various clinical disciplines. The experience has been widely praised and followed by other healthcare providers nationwide.
