摘要
在梳理分析行风建设中存在的突出问题和薄弱环节基础上,对上海37所市级公立医院在药事管理、统方管理、供应商管理、医疗场所管理、科主任教育监管、医师外出执业管理、接受社会捐赠管理和医务人员宣传教育等行风建设8个关键环节的具体实践加以说明。通过总结经验并提出进一步加强医院行风建设的针对性和有效性,把党风行风建设融入医院专业化、规范化、精细化管理的各个环节,为公立医院健康可持续发展提供有力保障,提高人民群众的获得感,增进和谐医患关系。
Based on analyzing the major problems and vulnerable spot of moral culture construction, specific measures of 8 key links from 37 Shanghai public hospitals, such as pharmacy administration, prescription statistic management, supplier management, medical site management, regulation on heads of department, going-out medical practice supervision, social donation management, medical staff education are illustrated. General conclusions including strengthening the pertinence and effectiveness of hospital moral culture construction, integrating party style construction into each link of standardized, specialized and refined management, providing strong support for healthy and sustainable development of public hospitals, raising people's sense of gain and developing harmonious medical-patient relationship are presented.
