利用建筑垃圾——废瓷砖、废玻璃生产玻化砖的工艺性能研究

摘要 为了能使建筑垃圾得到再利用,实现减排、节能、增效之目的,筛选建筑垃圾中的废瓷砖、废玻璃作为原料,生产陶瓷玻化砖。实验研究中,在分析温度和配方对玻化砖性能影响的基础上,优选出生产玻化砖的配方和生产工艺,制得各项技术性能良好的玻化砖。理化性能和力学性能测试表明:在1150℃的烧结温度下,产品的各项性能指标达到了玻化砖国标要求。其中密度为2.49 g/cm^3、吸水率为0.09%、抗折强度为50.78 MPa。论文研究中,重点分析了配方、废玻璃用量、烧成温度对产品性能(体积密度、吸水率、抗折强度)、晶相和微观结构的影响规律。采用建筑垃圾中的废瓷砖、废玻璃生产玻化砖,不但实现了废物利用和节能减排的目的,而且使生产成本大大降低,可取得良好的经济效益和社会效益。 In order to reuse the construction waste, and realize the goal of reducing emission, saving energy and increasing efficiency. Discarded ceramics and discarded glasses in construction waste are chosen as raw material to prepare vitrified tile. The study show that based on analysis the influence of temperature and formula on the vitrified tile performance, the best formula and production process have been made in the laboratory to obtain vitrified tile in various good technical performances. The physical and chemical property and mechanical property tests show that the product performance indicators satisfy the requirements of national standard under sintering temperature of 1150 ℃. The density is 2.49 g/cm^3, water absorption is 0.09%, the rupture strength is 50.78 MPa. The study emphasize on the analysis of rules how the formula, dosage of discarded glasses and sintering temperature affect the product performance(volume density, water absorption, flexural strength), crystalline phases and micro-structure. Using discarded ceramics and glasses in construction waste to make vitrified tile, will not only realizes the purpose of recycling and energy conservation and emission reduction, but also has greatly reduced the production cost, good economic and social benefit can be obtained.
