摘要
以一种典型的高精度合金薄壁回转零件的加工为例,针对其加工难点和加工中容易出现的问题,对薄壁回转零件的加工精度和影响因素进行分析,设计了加工此类零件的一种夹具,为薄壁回转零件的加工提供了新的思路。
Taking the machining of a typical high-precision alloy thin-walled rotating part as an example,and in view of its processing difficulties and problems that may occur during processing,the machining accuracy and in-fluencing factors of the thin-walled rotating part are analyzed,and a holder is designed for the processing of suchparts. The study provides a new idea for the machining of thin-walled rotating parts.
