泰州融入扬子江城市群区域发展的对策研究

On Countermeasures for Taizhou's Integration into Regional Development of Yangtze River Urban Agglomeration

泰州是扬子江城市群的重要一员,拥有融入扬子江城市群的基础优势,如依江发展的普遍共识,特色鲜明的产业优势,溢出效应的承接优势,同时也存在产业结构升级难度大,城市的集聚辐射力不高,边缘化的隐忧等困难。为加快融入扬子江城市群建设,泰州要推动产业转型升级,增强实体经济实力,突出中心城市建设,提高高端要素承载力,突出重大基础设施建设,强化交通枢纽地位。

Taizhou is an important member of the Yangtze River urban agglomeration and has fundamental advantages of integrating into it,such as the general consensus on city development dependent on the River,distinctive industrial advantages,and the advantages in taking over the spillover effects; but at the same time there arealso problems such as difficulties in upgrading the industrial structure,low level of radiation power of the agglom-eration,and the hidden troubles of being marginalized. In order to speed up the integration into the Yangtze Riv-er urban agglomeration,Taizhou must promote industrial transformation and upgrading,improve the strength ofits real economy,highlight the construction of the central city,increase the carrying capacity of high-end elements,highlight major infrastructure construction,and strengthen its status as the transportation hub.
