模块式教学在法学课程中的运用——以行政法课程为例

The Application of Modular Teaching in Legal Courses——Take Administrative Law as an Example

模块式教学就是将一门课程根据内容和特点的不同分为若干个模块,每个模块相对独立,又彼此联系,授课老师则对不同的模块采取不同的教学方法。在法学的诸多课程中,行政法有着一定的代表性和特殊性。通过行政法实体法与程序法模块教学内容与教学方法的区别设计,将较难驾驭的教学方法组合问题通过模块的方式加以细化和明确,可以发挥事半功倍的教学效果。

Modular teaching is to divide a course into several modules according to their different contents and characteristics,each module being relatively independent while connected with each other,and differentteaching methods being applied to different modules. Among various legal courses the course of AdministrativeLaw is special and representative. Through designing the modules of substantial law and procedural law in theteaching of Administrative Law,the teaching content and methods of each module are respectively clarified,especially the combination of teaching methods that is hard to grasp is specified and refined,which yields goodteaching results with less efforts.
