摘要
现代坦克火控系统为稳像火控系统,在实际使用训练中发现:有个别火炮在校正距离附近射击精度很高,但在对离校正距离较远的目标射击时,精度明显降低.其中一个原因就是四连杆机构在传递镜炮同步时产生的误差引起射角误差,使射手无法命中目标.由于四连杆机构加工制造和安装误差等原因,在恶劣环境下使用时零件会产生变形,对边不再相等,导致变成任意四边形,产生传递失调角,降低了射击精度.通过对四连杆机构的传递精度及传递误差对射击精度的影响分析,提出了提高四连杆镜炮同步机构检查调校精度、改变综合修正量、变更瞄准点的方法,可有效提高射击精度,指导装甲兵部队射击训练.
The modem tank fire control system is stable like fire control system, and the following problems are found in practical train-ing :The precision of the firing accuracy of the individual gun is very high near the calibration distance, but the accuracy is significantly reduced when the target firing is far away from the correction distance. One of the reasons is that the errors caused by the four-bar link-age at the time of the transmission of the mirror gun lead to the shooting angle error, preventing the shooter from hitting the target. Be-cause of four bar linkage processing, manufacturing and installation errors, deformation will be produced when it is used under the bad environment, the opposite side will no longer be equal and it will become any quadrilateral, causing the transmission misalignment an-gle and thus reducing the firing accuracy. Based on the analysis of the influence of transmission precision and error of four bar linkage on the firing accuracy, we put forward the methods to improve the calibration accuracy and change the comprehensive correction and the aiming point, which can effectively improve the firing accuracy, guiding the armored forces shooting training.
