摘要
我国作为世界最大的茶叶生产和出口国之一,在经济全球化下也面临了绿色贸易壁垒提高了准入门槛的挑战.目前我国茶产品生产与出口存在着茶园面积不断扩大与单产水平偏低并存,出口国际市场占有率稳定与单价水平偏低并存,贸易顺差水平稳定与进出口单价差额波动并存,有好茶有名茶和无好品牌并存等矛盾,亟需实现从单一性向多样性、固守传统向发展创新、努力维持向积极优化、短期利润向可持续发展等方向的转变.依托"以绿治绿"的理念,提出了绿色贸易壁垒下我国茶产品生产和出口的具体发展策略.
As one of the biggest tea producing and exporting countries, China also face the challenges of higher entering threshold raised by green trade barriers. Currently, there are many problems of Chinese tea production and export, such as the coexistence of increasing areas of tea garden and low level of unit production, the coexistence of steady international tea market share and low level of unit export price, the coexistence of stable trade surplus and fluctuating trade price differences, as well as the coexistence of good and famous tea but no influential market brand. Therefore it is necessary to realize the changes from uniformity to diversity, from traditional style to innovation, from maintaining to upgrading, and from short-run profit to sustainable development. At last, it proposes some advices to improve and promote Chinese tea prodution and export based upon the concept of conquering the green trade barriers by green methods.
