本文是在《基于产教融合的物流职业认证探索与实践》课题背景下,在对比研究国内外物流人才培养和职业认证的发展历程的基础上,探索构建了一套适合我国物流行业的职业资历架构,并在此基础上,细分行业方向和岗位,形成了一套基于岗位能力物流职业认证体系。

Under the background of s ubject research on logistics professional certification explorationbased on the industryeducation integration, it is compared the researches about the development of logisticspersonnel training and professional certification at home and abroad in this article, and has explored to builda set of vocational qualifications framework suitable for logistics industry of our country. Moreover, it isfractionized the directions and stations of logistical industry, and has formed a set of logistics vocationalcertification system.〔
