高等职业院校是培养技术型人才的学校,因其教学内容更注重生产实践,所以学生在毕业后能够更好、更快的适应工作岗位的要求。对于新生而言,从高中紧凑的学习节奏过渡到大学的自主管理和学习需要老师的指导和帮助,本文就这一问题进行了简要分析,力求以最有效的方式使学生完成过渡。

Higher vocational college is a school that trains skilled personnel. Because of its emphasis onteaching practice, students can better and faster adapt to the job requirements after graduation. For freshmen, the transition from high school tight learning pace to university selfmanagement and learning requiresthe guidance and help of the teacher. This article provides a brief analysis of the issue and seeks to makethe transition in a most effective way.
