基于谱分析法的超大型集装箱船疲劳强度评估

Fatigue Strength Assessment for Ultra Large Container Ship Based on Spectral Analysis

疲劳失效是船舶及海洋工程结构破坏的主要模式之一,尤其是对于大尺度船和高强度钢船来说,疲劳问题较为严重。对此,基于英国劳氏船级社(Lloyd’s Register,LR)规范中的疲劳计算评估方法水平3,论述疲劳谱分析的基本原理,给出波浪频域计算和疲劳累计损伤组合计算的方法。以此为基础,对某超大型集装箱船的重点位置结构进行疲劳强度计算分析和评估。

Fatigue failure is one of the major failures of ships and offshore engineering structures, of which the fatigue problem is especially severe for large ships built with high-tension steel. This study discusses the basic principles of fatigue spectral analysis method based on FDA 3 fatigue calculation and assessment of Lloyd’s Register （LR）, and provides a combined method for the calculation of wave frequency and cumulative fatigue damage. Moreover, the fatigue strength analysis and assessment for the major structures of an ultra large container ship are performed on this basis.
