某半潜驳甲板载荷结构分析

摘要 半潜驳作为一种特殊的工程船,主要在码头建设过程中用来装运和沉浮大型混凝土沉箱或大型钢结构等,对其甲板上的载荷结构进行分析对甲板结构设计至关重要。以某装载特种装备的6000吨级半潜驳为研究对象,对其甲板载荷结构进行分析。由于该半潜驳在原有承载大型沉箱结构的基础上增加了装载特种装备的需求,因此需计算分析2种装载条件下甲板载荷的要求,并对甲板结构进行优化,从而降低建造成本,提高经济效益。 Semi-submersible barge is a kind of special engineering vessel which is mainly used for the transportation and submergence/floating of large concrete caisson or steel structures so analysis of the deck load and structures is of crucial importance for its deck design. A 6000t semi-submersible barge for special equipment transportation is taken as the research object to analyze the deck load and structures. To meet the demand of adding special equipment carriage on the original carriage of large caisson structures, two deck load conditions are calculated and analyzed, thus to optimize the deck structure in order to reduce construction cost and increase efficiency.
