To improve technological service supportability and competitiveness, CNPC Chuanqing Drilling Engineering Co Ltd has committed itself to technological innovation, active reform, acceleration of transformation, improvement of quality and efficiency, control over investment and cost, energetic promotion of cooperative oil and gas development, and the objective of becoming the frst-class enterprise. In the area of technological innovation, the company optimized the path of innovation to highlight high-end, unique and tangible development, stressed the leading role of reform in the efforts for invigoration of technological innovation, strengthened management of technological research projects, promoted the transformation of innovative talents, enhanced the incentive mechanism for innovation.
