摘要
国内陆地高架放空火炬热辐射分析方法并不完全适用于海上平台放空火炬,为此建立空间坐标,将燃烧臂、火焰、风矢量化,形成考虑燃烧臂朝向和倾角、风速及风向的海上平台放空火炬热辐射空间分析方法。通过空间上热辐射区域在水平面、南北面、东西面内的投影,分别求得三个投影面内的最大热辐射安全距离,进而得到在空间坐标内平台上的人员和设备与燃烧臂的最大热辐射安全距离。基于该方法编制的程序模块,经同类商业软件验证后用于海上气井测试的平台火炬热辐射分析,取得了良好的现场应用效果。
The thermal radiation analysis method for the domestic onshore elevated release flare is not absolutely applicable to the offshore platform release flare. Therefore,the space coordinate is established,the burning arm,flame and wind are vectorized,the thermal radiation spatial analysis method for the offshore platform release flare is formed by considering the burning arm orientation and inclination angle,wind speed and direction. Through the projection of the thermal radiation region in the space on the horizontal plane,north-south plane and east-west plane,the maximum safety distance under thermal radiation within above three projection planes are obtained respectively,and then the maximum safety distance under thermal radiation between staff,equipments and the burning arm in the space coordinate can be acquired. After verified by the similar business software,the program module based on the method has been applied to analyze the platform flare thermal radiation for testing offshore gas wells,and its field application result is good.
