摘要
针对塔河油田滚动开发过程中出现的部分站场运行负荷不均、集输设备工艺运行参数偏离设计工况等导致的生产能耗高、效率低等问题,开展了塔河油田原油管网能效分析研究。基于现场数据,利用PIPEPHASE仿真计算软件建立原油管网仿真计算模型,详细分析管网系统中管线、计转站等环节的运行参数规律及能耗。通过对仿真结果进行分析,发现塔河油田原油集输管网的热能损耗占管网总能耗的96.5%,因此降低管网能耗应以降低热能损耗为主。原油管网中部分管线存在压降、温降较大或管线效率较低等问题,针对这些管线采取串接管线或增加副管等措施进行优化,优化后管线效率最高可提高约7.5%。针对部分计转站出站温度进行调整分析,优化后计转站运行费用最大可降低30.44%,说明本优化方案具有非常明显的节能降耗效果,可在现场推广实施。
During the rolling developing process of Tahe Oilfield,the operation load of some stations are uneven,the process operating parameters of gathering and transportation devices deviates from design working conditions,resulting in high production energy consumption and low efficiency. Aiming at above problems,the energy efficiency analysis and study of the crude oil pipeline network in Tahe Oilfield is conducted. Based on the field data,the simulating calculation model of the crude oil pipeline network is built by utilizing the simulation software PIPEPHASE,and the operation parameter rules and the energy efficiency of links in the crude oil gathering and transportation pipeline network such as pipelines and transfer stations are analyzed in detail. Through the analysis of the simulation results,it is found that the heat loss of the crude oil gathering and transportation pipeline network accounts for 96.5% of the total energy loss,so energy loss reduction of the pipeline network should focus on reducing the heat loss. There are problems such as big pressure drop,temperature drop or low pipeline efficiency in some pipelines of the crude oil pipeline network. For these pipelines,measures such as pipeline concatenation or adding assistant pipelines are taken to optimize,and the pipeline efficiency can be improved by about 7.5% after the optimization. The out-station temperature of some transfer stations are adjusted,and after the optimization the decreasing amplitude of the operation cost of the transfer station is up to 30.44%,which means the optimization plan has obvious effect of saving energy and reducing resource consumption and it can be promoted and implemented in field.
