摘要
管道内检测是发现管体缺陷,保证管道安全运行的重要手段。管道内检测周期的确定可根据基于风险的检测方法、管道完整性评价、半定量风险评价综合分析、国家法规标准要求等方法确定。基于风险的方法 (定量和半定量)是通过准确的风险评价与风险可接受值相比较来确定检测周期;完整性评价主要是通过统计分析管道的管体缺陷和防腐系统的完好情况来确定检测周期;同时通过以上方法确定的内检测周期还应满足国家有关法规标准的要求。管道运营者应从适用范围、可操作性、所需资料信息等方面对预测方法进行对比分析,根据自身特点选用合理可行的内检测周期预测方法。
Pipeline internal inspection is a very important method to find pipeline defects and ensure the safely operation of pipelines. There are a few methods to determine the pipeline internal inspection period,namely risk-based inspection method,pipeline integrity assessment,comprehensive analysis of semi-quantitative risk assessment, and national laws, regulations and standards. The risk-based method(quantitative and semi-quantitative) determines the inspection period through comparing precise risk assessment and risk threshold value;the integrity assessment method mainly determines the inspection period based on the statistical analysis of pipeline defects and anti-corrosion system soundness;at the same time the internal inspection period determined by the above methods must satisfy the demand of national relevant laws and standards. From aspects such as application scope,operability,required materials and information,prediction methods are compared and analyzed by pipeline operators,and then they can choose the suitable method according to their own characteristics.
