长输管道通信系统综合告警平台的搭建

摘要 目前,油气管道调控中心同时维护多条管线的情况逐渐增多,但不同管线的通信系统客户端各自独立,操作界面、使用习惯完全不同,容易产生监测不及时,告警处理滞后等问题,严重影响管线数据的安全传输。为解决这一问题,搭建了长输管道通信系统综合告警平台,将不同厂家设备、不同系统的运行数据和监测数据汇集到统一的服务器,集中进行数据分析和处理,通过一个界面监控和管理,解决了调控中心通信客户端众多、管理分散、操作不便、维护困难等问题。该平台于2015年在乌兹别克调控中心投产应用,通过一台客户端统一管理A、B、C三条管线的光传输、卫星通信、办公网络和话音交换系统,凭借优越的性能得到了业主和运维人员的好评,为油气管道智能监控、安全运行提供了强有力的保障。 At present,the condition that the oil and gas pipeline control center maintains many pipelines at the same time is increasing gradually,but client-sides of different pipelines and systems are independent respectively,with totally different operating interfaces and using habits,thus problems such as delayed monitoring and alarm treatment are easy to occur,which will seriously affect the safe transportation of pipeline data. In order to solve the problem,the integrated alarm platform for the long distance pipeline communication system is established. The platform collects the operation and monitoring data of different manufacturers and different systems to the unified server,focusing on data analysis and processing. Then through one interface for monitoring and management,it solves problems of the control center such as so many clients,scattered management,diversified kinds of operation and difficult maintenance. The platform was put into application for the first time in the control center in Uzbekistan in 2015. Through one client-side,it can manage the optical transmission,satellite communication,office network and voice exchange system of three pipelines of A,B and C. Because of the superior performance,it gets high praise by proprietors and operation and maintenance staff and provides the strong guarantee for the intelligent monitoring and safe operation of oil and gas pipelines.
