摘要 在现代供热生产中,加热器结垢会严重降低供热企业的生产效率。为了解决这一问题,基于超声波的空化效应、活化效应、剪切效应和抑制效应,自行设计了一种新型无结垢电热管式水加热器。其工作原理为加热器外部的超声发生器驱动加热器内部的超声震子震动,使水中成垢物质在超声场作用下分散、松脱,不易附着在器壁表面形成积垢等,进而实现加热器内部除垢。应用结果表明,自行设计的无结垢电热管式水加热器在无须添加任何试剂的条件下,能够有效地实现在线阻垢、除垢,符合供热生产的需要,确保加热器的长期运行,提高了供热企业的生产效率。除此之外,该加热器较传统电热管式水加热器平均节能30%以上,使用寿命更长。 In modern heating production,the heater scaling problem will seriously reduce the production efficiency of heating enterprises. In order to solve the problem,a new type of non-scaling water heater with the type of electric heating tube(Utility Model Patent ZL 2015 2 0089498.3) is self-designed based on the cavitation effect,activation effect,shearing effect and inhibition effect of ultrasonic wave. Its working principle is that the ultrasonic generator outside the heater drives the vibration of ultrasonic vibrators inside the heater,which makes the scale-forming substances disperse,get loose,and not easily to be attached to the heater surface and to scale,thus realizing the descaling in the heater. Application results show that the self-designed non-scaling water heater with the type of electric heating tube can effectively realize online anti-scaling and descaling without adding any reagents,which satisfies the needs of heating production,ensures the long-term operation of the heater and improves the production efficiency of heating enterprises. In addition,compared with the conventional electric heating tube heater,the heater saves energy by more than 30% and has a longer service life.
